Rules for Uploading

01. Every time you choose to insert a password in the links you're going to post in Avalon, it must be www.avalon.keuf.net;
02. The minimum acceptable bitrate is 128 Kbps;
03. Always inform which archive format you are posting if it's not mp3;
04. Never cite addresses of other blogs or forums in your posts;
05. Always insert in your archive the forum's address or an image allusive to it before uploading;
06. Always give information about the track list of the album and insert the CD cover in the archive or post (if possible);
07. Whoever does not follow these rules may see his/her links deleted without previous warning if the moderators thus decide;
08. There will be accepted only links belonging to the user who makes the post. It won't be accepted, in any way, topics that possess passwords different from the one that is indicated above;

Rules for Topic Replies:

01. It won't be tolerated any message with racial, prejudice or offensive content to other users (in any topic about musical style, bands, ideologies or other) in any circumstance;
02. To the Moderators/Administrators is reserved the right to decide if the topic will be edited, deleted or locked;
*The Moderators/Administrators will be responsible for the areas opened by them, and have the duty to take action if necessary;
*Any disagreement with actions or attitudes taken by a moderator must be discussed by personal messages, and will not be permitted to open topics with the purpose of discussion;
*Once a topic is locked or deleted, it will not be permitted to open another topic with the same or a similar subject to the previous one without permission of a Moderator/Administrator;
*The Moderator/Administrator that deletes a topic has the duty to send a personal message to the author of such topic warning him and giving the reasons for such action;
03. It will be considered as a serious offense to insult or mistreat a moderator or administrator;
04. Replies that are not in conformity with the topic in which they’re posted will be deleted / edited / locked without previous warning;
05. It will be permitted only constructive and positive discussions, in any other case the replies or topics shall be deleted / edited / locked without previous warning;
06. Any Moderator/Administrator of the forum is neither omniscient nor all-powerful, that's why it's a duty for all the users of the forum to apply and act in accordance with the forum rules and in respect to the other forum users, communicating any transgression of the rules or other faulty situations so that suitable actions are taken, instead of starting unnecessary fights that do not help in any way and only create even more discussion within the forum members;
07. Any user that makes a second mistake after receiving a first warning will be suspended for a period of 15 days. Any user that makes the same mistake a third time will be banned from the forum, not being allowed to access it again.
